The lifters AD49 and ASC49 consolidate the core valuesof the Gilles brand: cost efficient harvesting of sugarbeet, offering superb quality work and all this in themost diverse and demanding field conditions.

AD49 and ASC49 lifters are renowned for the optimal beet flow through the machine. The lifting (front) and cleaning frame (rear) can be adjusted independently.This allows the client to adjust the machine to the specific soil type of his region and the particular soil conditions of the day. The large diameter of the discs (590 mm) facilitate the lifting and movement of the beet. Lifting efficiency and cleaning capacity of both machines are second to none.

The robust design and the superior quality of the chosen materials ensure a strong longevity of all Gilles machinery. Consequently, maintenance costs are considerably reduced. As from 2008, lifters will come standard with hydraulic steering devices on the rear wheels. The rear gate can be closed hydraulically for an easy opening or in the corners of the field.
